Fitigo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This website is for basic product information and support; the Fitigo mobile app is currently available via private beta (TestFlight/Play testing).

1) Who we are

2) Scope

Website (fitigo.xyz): Simple landing page and support contact. We do not run ads or use marketing trackers.
Mobile app (beta): Authenticated experience using third-party identity (Auth0). The app may store limited fitness preferences and workout data to deliver core functionality.

3) Information we collect

Account & login (via Auth0): When you sign in, Auth0 processes your credentials. We may receive your Auth0 user ID and basic profile (e.g., email, display name) depending on your settings.
App data you provide: Fitness preferences (e.g., goals, skill level) and workout logs you choose to save. We do not request sensitive health records.
Diagnostics: Basic crash/usage logs to keep the app working (e.g., error codes, device info). No ad identifiers.
Website: We do not set cookies or collect analytics beyond standard server logs (IP, user-agent) needed to deliver the site securely.

4) How we use information

Authenticate you and operate the app.
Generate and deliver personalized workouts and related features you request.
Maintain security, debug issues, and improve reliability.
Respond to support requests.

5) Legal bases

We process data to perform the service you requested (contract), our legitimate interests in security and reliability, and with your consent where required.

6) Sharing & processors

We don’t sell your personal information. We use service providers to run the product, for example:

Auth0 for authentication.
Cloud database & hosting (e.g., Supabase or a similar provider) to store app data you choose to save.
Apple TestFlight / Google Play to distribute beta builds.

These providers only process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

7) Data retention

We keep your app data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”). Server logs on this website are retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.

8) Security

We use industry-standard security measures. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You may also manage what profile details are shared via your Auth0 identity settings.

10) Children

Fitigo is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Do not use the service if you are under the applicable age.

11) International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards when data is transferred.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll change the “Effective date” above and, if material, provide notice in-app or on this site.
